James H. McCulloch
James H. McCulloch has retired as our Treasurer of the Executive Board, but remains involved on our Advisory Board. James joined the Board of Directors because of his strong interest in leveraging his strong financial management experience and extensive experience in adult technical training. He also offers experiences in helping at-risk youths in preparation for their own journey through the education process.
James brings to WoW his 16+ years experience in not-for-profit financial management as Chief Investment Officer for Lake County, with emphasis on cash management and investment operations. He also brings 11 years of experience as Lecturer in the School of Business and Technology at the University Wisconsin-Parkside. He taught numerous undergraduate classes in Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Managerial Accounting and Auditing. He has since retired as Chief Investment officer of Lake County.
