WOW with Lake County Health Department, "Leaders Are Readers"

Words on Wheels will be at the Lake County Health Center Community Center in North Chicago to give books, finger puppets, and bubbles to children. A community leader will read to the children as part of "Leaders are Readers."  In addition, there will be a craft table activity. This is a free event. Please join us.
